The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Alseef Mall, with helpful staff, but the dining experience could be improved. The rooms are spacious but have a slight smoking odor. The service is friendly and responsive, making up for some shortcomings in cleanliness. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancements.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, much better than what I expected from the previous suite I booked. The service was top-notch with amazing food and services, although there was a minor mishap when they mistakenly tried to check me out early. The location was convenient, being close to two malls, although the busy roads at night could be a bit of a bother. The dining experience was delicious, and the facilities were great overall.

The staff were so nice and attentive, especially at the Red Lion bar. However, there was a surprising incident where they entered my room thinking I wanted to check out, which was not acceptable.

The location was strategic, close to downtown and malls, offering clean rooms and luxurious furniture. Although it was a good, clean, and comfy place, it could get busy at night due to the jammed roads in the AlSaif District.
